CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

We understand that you may now need to amend your delivery addresses, and some couriers have a self-service option that allows you to do this. If this option is available to you, it’ll be included in the tracking information sent to you when your order has left the warehouse. If the option isn’t available on your tracking link, then the courier doesn’t have the ability to do this. Unfortunately, the The Messi Store support team is not able to amend the delivery address of your order once it’s been placed.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?

US, CANADA, & EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS: If your purchase isn't quite right you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. You can request a Returns Authorization via the Customer Services page. The Company will send you such Return Authorization code by email. Upon receipt of your Return Authorization code, you have 14 days to make your return via our allocated carrier. Following receipt of the returned goods, the full value of your authorized credit will be returned to your payment card within 14 days. Shipping is complimentary on all returns & exchanges for US, Canadian, and European countries only.

For all other countries except for the US, Canada, & European customers: Shipping on all returns & exchanges is the responsibility of the customer along with all associated taxes and duties. For the avoidance of any doubt, returns will only be accepted where the products are unused and have all labels attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not generate a credit return and will be returned to the customer.

Except US, CANADA, & EUROPE – customer needs to pay their return expense.

CAN I STILL PURCHASE FROM YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes! We’re currently still able to accept orders and ship internationally. We recommend ordering to addresses that you know you will be able to access, such as your home, as opposed to business addresses that may have restricted access.

ARE YOU GUYS SHIPPING AS NORMAL?

Yes, we are trying to. Minor delays are happening industry-wide, internationally. We’ll be sure to communicate any significant delays with you using the email address that you enter at checkout.

First and foremost, the health and safety of our customers and team is our number one priority. Since the beginning, we’ve been watching developments of the COVID-19 outbreak very closely. As an e-commerce company, rest assured we’ve implemented additional measures to our existing procedures while staying abreast on updates from the WHO and CDC. We are pleased to be able to say our distribution center remains open, we’ll be fulfilling online orders without disruption. All of our products remain available on TheMessiStore.com.

We’ve increased focus on our distribution centers to maximizer safety, enforcing social distancing in order to minimize the spread of COVID-19. Ensuring the highest possible customer experience has always been our main driving force. The World Health Organization has stated that it is safe to receive packages, even from areas where coronavirus has been reported, saying that the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low, as is the risk of catching the virus from a package. Please be mindful and use caution when the package is delivered, just like you would with anything else being brought into your home.

Please note that same size garments may still vary depending on fit. We follow the standard body measurement lists, based on average body measurements for all sizes.

For some products we specify measurements in cm/inches on the product page to give you an understanding of the model or fit for that specific garment. Note that these measurements may vary a few centimeters up and down depending on the material used in its production.

What does Shipping Cost?

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order and how far it is traveling. For an exact estimate, please add the items to your cart and proceed to the checkout & shipping page.

TAXES AND DUTIES

International taxes, tariffs (or duties), and value-added tax (VAT) are calculated at checkout (and will be included in the order total). They are based on the purchased items country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that item in accordance with a harmonized system used by the countries that Border free supports. VAT rates are set by the destination country. You have the option to pay for these taxes and duties at checkout. If you elect this option, the order total (merchandise landed cost) is guaranteed by Border free and you are not required to pay any additional fees (no COD) at the time of order delivery. Please note that The Messi Store reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

For some international destinations, you may be presented with an option to pay for these required charges at the time of delivery (COD). If you elect this option, you will be required to pay the taxes and duties (and any collection fees) to the shipping carrier upon delivery. The order total (merchandise landed cost) is not guaranteed and may be different from what is quoted at checkout. If the charges are not paid COD, the item(s) will be returned, and you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

International orders (outside the US, Canada, and Europe) are final sale and may not be returned.

However, we understand you may have not ordered correct size. We highly recommend referring to our size chart guide for best size. As long as our Do Not Remove Tag and all other tags remain intact on garment, you may request for online store credit for an exchange of the same item if still available in your correct size OR save credit to purchase another item.

Eligible items shipped to the EU are returnable for up to 14 days after delivery of the last item in your order (ineligible items include, but are not limited to, custom-made or personalized items.). You will be refunded for all payments made, less the direct costs of shipping and returning the item(s). The Messi Store reserves the right to charge you additional delivery costs if you specifically requested non-standard (express) delivery. If your return is lost in transit on the way back, we are not responsible for a refund of the return.

Because we work so quickly to ship you your order, it is usually not possible for us to cancel all or any part of your order once it has been placed. Please contact our Customer Service Representative in English or Spanish at cs@mgoteam.com if you have any questions.

DAMAGED ORDER OR WRONG ITEM

If your order arrives damaged or is otherwise incorrect, please contact us promptly. Your Messi Store Customer Service Representative is here to help.

MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO SENDER. WHAT ARE MY NEXT STEPS?

In the instance that the carrier was unable to locate your address or was unable to deliver after multiple attempts, your package will be returned to DHL by your local carrier at their discretion. Contact customer service for further information. Please allow 2-6 weeks for undeliverable packages to be returned.

I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER. WHERE IS MY OTHER ITEM(S)?

Don’t worry. Some of our items come from different warehouses. If that is the case, they will have separate tracking numbers which will be sent to you once they are sent out.

Most of our items do no have particular release dates. Please subscribe to our newsletter to receive email alerts each time a new product is released.

DO YOU RESTOCK YOUR INVENTORY?

On occasion, we will restock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check frequently if an item is not available at the time you are on our site. However, if an item is limited edition, it will not be restocked.

I’VE ADDED AN ITEM IN MY CART AND NOW IT SHOWS IT’S SOLD OUT/NOT AVAILABLE.

Due to high volume and popular demand, it is likely items will sell out. Items are sold out on first come, first serve basis and you have a few minutes once an item is added to your cart to complete processing your order. If your cart times out, there is a chance your item will be released and another customer may complete purchasing the last available item in their order.
