MGOTeam 1 LLC (the “Company”) may update these Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice by posting them on this Website. For each order you place with the Company, your acceptance of the Terms of Sale in force as of the date of your order is required. The Terms of Sale in effect at the time of your order will govern that transaction. Products purchased from the Company are meant solely for personal use. Purchasing products for commercial resale is strictly prohibited. When you purchase a product, you represent and warrant that you are purchasing the product for personal and not commercial purposes and that you do not intend to resell Company products for commercial purposes. The Company is only responsible for products purchased directly from the Company. If you purchased any Company products from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the product to the original retailer where it was purchased.
Placing an Order
Customer Account: The Company may require you to create an account or log in to your existing account in order to place an order on the Website. Your username and password are for your personal use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. In no event shall the Company be liable for any loss, theft or fraudulent use of your account. In such a case, you should inform the Company immediately.
Payment: You agree to pay the Company the amount set out as the “TOTAL” in your order summary, in the currency indicated. When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, otherwise we will not be able to process your order. Gift cards and gift certificates will not be applicable on the Website. On the Website (including its mobile version), you may pay for your purchase using a valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and WeChat Pay and you authorize the Company to charge the applicable card/provider for the fees and you represent and warrant that you are the cardholder/accountholder of the applicable card/account. If your card/account is rejected by the card/account issuer, your order will not be shipped and the Company will have no obligation to fulfill your order.
Product Availability: Products offered for sale and displayed on the Website are subject to availability. The Company shall not be liable in case of stock outage or unavailability of products. The Company reserves the right to change the products offered for sale on the Website at any time and without notice. Details about the availability of products are provided when you place your order. At times, errors may exist. If a product is not available after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email or by telephone as soon as possible. You will be invited to choose another available product as substitution for the unavailable product or to cancel your order. If you cancel your order, you will be refunded. Customized products cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is submitted for processing you may not make any changes to or cancel the order, except as expressly provided in these Terms of Sale or applicable law. The submission of your order means your acceptance of the Terms of Sale.
Shipping and Delivery: Products will be shipped to the delivery address specified during the ordering process provided such address is located within the Company’s delivery territory. Any delivery address located outside of the territory will be refused during the ordering process. Products may only be delivered to a physical street address within the territory. The Company will not process any order for which a post office box address is provided. You will be asked to select the shipment method you would prefer as part of the order process, and agree to pay the shipping costs indicated thereon. When you submit your order we will inform you of the method(s) of delivery available for the product(s) purchased. Any failure to deliver or late delivery exceeding eight (8) business days should be reported to customer service as soon as possible. In order for your claim to be accepted, notify us within ten (10) business days from the date of confirmation of your order. You should check that your shipment is correct on delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
If your purchase isn't quite right you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. You can request a Returns Authorization via the Customer Services page. The Company will send you such Return Authorization code by email. Upon receipt of your Return Authorization code, you have 14 days to make your return via our allocated carrier. Following receipt of the returned goods, the full value of your authorized credit will be returned to your payment card within 14 days. Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges, although customers outside the US are responsible for taxes and duties. Shipping on all returns is the responsibility of the customer along with all associated taxes and duties. For the avoidance of any doubt, returns will only be accepted where the products are unused and have all labels attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not generate a credit return and will be returned to the customer.

All returns must be authorized by the Company before you send your purchase back to us. Unauthorized items will not generate any return of credit and the products will be returned to the sender.
Items should be returned new, unused and with all designer garment tags and any protective pieces still attached. Underwear and swimwear should be tried on over underwear.
Please return all items, including the dust bag and box. When you try them on, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. Shoes carrying signs of having been worn outside will be returned to the sender.
All designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags must be included with your return.

As these items are highly collectable, please only remove the protective cover and packaging once you are certain that you wish to keep them.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, the Company reserves the right to refuse to authorize returns from customers returning items repeatedly.
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your Website account (you will need to register your details). The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and the refund is valid for 12 months from the date of the original purchase. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Note, corporate gifts may only be returned by the original purchaser and within 14 working days of initial receipt.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can ask for a repair or replacement within 2 years from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, then please contact Customer Care at email@example.com. You can ask for a refund or a discount on the price of the product in case the repair or replacement did not take place in a reasonable period or without major burden.
Receiving a Refund
Your refund will either be credited to the original payment method and will include shipping costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled. Shipping costs will not be refunded for items returned using our free collection service. If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through the Company. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days upon receipt of your Returns Authorisation code. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of the Company and may only be refunded as a store credit.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
Free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination or to orders cancelled under the ICACRs.
Items are to be returned to us via our allocated logistics partner to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure means. Our address for all returns is: MGOTeam 1 LLC, c/o Bleckmann Fashion & Lifestyle Logistics. Full address details will be provided with your Returns Authorisation Code.
We request that you contact us at email@example.com in relation to such returns. Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via our allocated logistics partner.
Cancelling your Order
If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (ICACRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day after the day on which you acquire (or a third party other than a carrier and indicated by you acquires) physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by email to: Notice of Contract Cancellation, Customer Care Department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, Customer Care will email you to confirm your return.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order.
Please retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment, as our free collection service does not apply to orders cancelled under the ICACRs. All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to. We will refund the full value of your order, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. If we do not receive the cancelled order, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost. Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the ICACRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order, by email or post as described above.
The right of cancellation does not apply to:
- the delivery of goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery; and
- the delivery of personalized goods made to your specifications.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE PRODUCTS ARE SOLD ON AN "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER IMPLIED OR BY LAW, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, WORKMANLIKE MANNER, QUALITY, ACCURACY, AND/OR TITLE.
